Crawford Lake Conservation Area & Iroquoian Village

A time to learn about early local Iroquoian culture, hiking, and making new friends.

Cost $15.00/adult, $10:00/child 5 to 14; infants 4 and under are free
Please pay by Thursday Sept. 29

Cost is for the bus and entrance fee to the conservation area.

Meet at Mountain Hall University of Guelph at 9:30-45.  

Bus leaves Mountain Hall at 10 a.m. and returns to Mountain Hall  ~4:00 p.m.

Bring your own lunch and good walking shoes.

Crawford Lake is just 30 minutes from Guelph. Enjoy the wooded hiking trails, rock formations and scenic lookouts of Crawford Lake. Visit the reconstructed Iroquoian village to see how they lived 500 years ago. Note: this is a reconstructed village where Iroquoian people previously lived. It is not currently inhabited.  See additional information about Crawford Lake and Trails and village guide.

Note: a signed waiver form and evidence that you have health insurance coverage is required for all who come on our trips.
